Do you take reservations?
Yes. We accept reservations for parties of 4 to 10 people. They can be made at: www.reservations.aptekapgh.com. On Wednesdays and Thursdays, we operate Café Days- our very limited food menu for weekdays with a full bar. The full menu is available on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. Please be aware that reservations will be limited to a two hour window for dining. All reservations must be made through the form below, not over the phone. Reservations will be set at tables inside the restaurant; dining on our patio is available for walk-in guests only. We are a small restaurant with limited seating available. If you have to cancel, please let us know with as much notice as possible. If you have any other questions or concerns, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
When will you re-open for dine-in?
We are currently in the middle of renovations, and will re-open for dine-in shortly after they are completed. Updates will be posted on our website and Instagram.
How does the bottle shop work?
We carry exclusively natural, organic, and biodynamic wine. When we re-open for dine-in, online sales of bottles will still be available through aptekapgh.com, but we ask for 24-48 hours notice for pickup of online bottle sales. A good portion of our bottle shop inventory will be available on a daily basis for in-person sales at the restaurant. All bottles are available for on-site consumption with a $15 corkage fee attached to the retail price.
Do you have gluten free options?
Yes, we always have several items on the menu that are gluten free, and often have several more dishes that can be made GF with minor modifications. All of these items are marked GF on the menus at the restaurant.
What if I have an allergy/ dietary restriction?
For major allergies like nuts and gluten, we have marked our menus to help indicate safe options, but it is still advisable that you make us aware of your allergy so that we can avoid cross-contamination. We try our best to accommodate different allergies/ dietary restrictions- while ordering, it is necessary to inform us what those allergies/restrictions are. Although we list major ingredients in our dishes, components are complex and it is impossible for us to list every ingredient on the menu. If you have specific needs, feel free to email us in advance, and we can answer any questions about the menu.
